KYO NO OTO/Yurushiiro During the Heian Period, there was a color that was not allowed to use except for certain social statuses such as royalty. Safflower red was one of those colors because of its preciousness. 'YURUSHIIRO' means 'allowed color' for everybody. 'YURUSHIIRO is a much lighter version of Safflower red.
