You can also just use it for keeping track of pens in your bag or around your arm as an armband. Measures approximately 3.75" wide (elastic can stretch to about 5.5" wide; depends on thickness of what you're holding) x 0.75" tall. Three loops that are approximately 0.25" wide each and can stretch to hold most pens/pencils. Handmade in the Czech Republic. Also available in medium (A5) and large (A4) sizes.
