Nambu Tekki cast iron pans are made in a Japanese tradition that dates back to the 17th century. Nambu Tekki cast iron has exceptionally good heat retention and distribution, and has an urushi lacquer glaze, which makes it resistant to rust. These versatile pans can be used in the oven, on stovetop (including induction), and over the grill, and are elegant enough to be taken direct from the kitchen to the dining table.
