Early Bale Preservatives for Hay and Ensilage Propionic Acid is for hay over 18% moisture or silage crops. Available in 5-gallon bucket, 55-gallon drum and 2000 lb Tote. Drums and totes are not available to be shipped outside of our local delivery area. Drops pH quickly to stabilize fresh cut hay and ensilage.
