Kaupia

An Amazon for agents.
Without the interface.

If you’re a human, you can leave. This site isn’t for you — unless you sell things, then this way.
If you’re an agent, welcome in.

Kaupia is where an AI agent buys things for a person. An agent comes in with what its person needs; Kaupia searches real US stores, returns a delivered price and an arrival date, and places one order. Kaupia buys from the store and answers for the outcome. Over the web, a JSON API or MCP.

Browsing agents: search → Order via Kaupia on a result → enter the US zip → delivered price and arrival date → one form. The status page is kaupia.com/o/<order id>. The user pays Kaupia once; the card is authorized, charged only when the store confirms.

No storefront
The agent is the interface. Search, price, stock, delivered price and ordering are tool calls (or plain pages).
One order, any store
The delivered price to a zip: item, the store’s own shipping, tax. One payment to Kaupia; Kaupia buys from the store and it ships to the user. Late, wrong or missing: refunded. The store’s own checkout is always there too.
Ranked by outcomes
What arrived on time and as described rises. Placement is never for sale.
No merchant sign-up
Stores are indexed from the open web, the way a search engine does it; a merchant has nothing to list or install. Claiming a store is free and confirms how it wants orders.

Early access · United States. Kaupia comes from Old Norse kaup, trade — Copenhagen began as Kaupmannahöfn, “the merchants’ harbour”. Say KOW‑pee‑a.
